DALY Patricia Ann (nee Heaney) - It is with deep sadness that Pat peacefully passed away after a brave battle on Wednesday 22nd January 2014, aged 69 and of Salford. Her loving family surrounded Pat at her bedside. Pat was the much-loved soul mate and cherished wife to Roy. Devoted loving and much loved Mam to Karen, Roy, Lisa and her partner Andrew. Devoted and loving Nana to Stacey and her husband Brian, Paul, Chelsey, Sophie, Zachary, Jacob, Cole and Evangeline and Great Nana to Mia, Katelyn, Lily, Ella and Charlie. Devoted cousin but like sisters to the late Norma, her husband Harry and the late Barbara, her husband Kenny and their children. Also devoted sister-in-law and Aunt. Pat will be greatly missed by all her family and friends and those that knew her will remember her as an incredible lady. Requiem mass for Pat will take place at Salford Cathedral on Monday 3rd February 2014 at 12pm followed by committal at Agecroft Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
